Yeap, and it's your favourite blog admin FatedTKS here once again! So as you guys should be aware... That there will be a patch on the 22nd January 2009 (which is a err... THURSDAY! ) which introduces....
The Beat Up TEAM Battle mode!!!
So..
As your junior master and ur beloved Beat Up tester.. I shall be introducing to you on how to play in this new mode because....
Reason :
Beat Up Team Battle Mode isn't like the Normal Team mode you all play(db4,normal individual or whatever). There's some special feature included in it and this will cause alot of confusion.
The Match can only be started with only 4 people or 6 people in the "Waiting Room". Do note that "BoysVSGirls" is NOT available in this gameplay mode.The bar you see at the very top left and right is called the "Perfect Gauge".
During the game, if you are in the losing team(at that moment), 0.8% of the perfect gauge will be filled up for every perfect you or your team mate make whereas if you are in the winning team(at that time), 1.0% of the gauge is filled up for every perfect you or ur team mate makes.
The moment the perfect gauge is filled up, an orange P will be lit on the corner of the bar (otherwise known as P-Charge) as shown in the Screenshot below.
In any point of the game, when the team gets a "P-Charge", the Perfect Gauge will be emptied. The P charge is left lit until it is being activated. A maximum amount of 3 charges can be left unactivated. So if you already have 3 charges lit up and ur perfect gauge is filled up, nothing happens.The P-Charge is activated by pressing the right shift button on your keyboard(between enter and Control). When the charge is activated, one side of the arrow keys will get slightly lit up. (as shown below in the screenshot below). In this case, the left side is lit.
When the side of that arrows is lit, you get to gain double of what you get for that particular side. The time limit of this effect is 10 Seconds, so be sure to plan well when to use your charge and when to collect it!

Ok into the main topic,
After discussion with laoda... We now have changes in our recruitmemt test!!! And it's not just the changes! Good news for those who are better in Beat Up mode and are willing to join the fam!
So for now, our tests include...
1st test (Main tester : lovergirl12)
Mode: Song: Requirement:
Choreography-C4 You Score of 500,000 or above
2nd test(Main tester: FatedTKS) [alias me xD]
Mode: Song: Requirement:
Beat Up-6 direction Can Can Score of 450,000 or above
Please note that to qualify to enter the FAM, you have to pass only either one of the 2 tests, so it is fine if you failed one of the test yet passed the other. If you failed both? Well... err you know la -.-"
